2010 launch Boot Camp Gym - Online personal training and coaching

I am excited to let you all in on this website I will be launching in the upcoming year 2010. I've wanted to do this for a while now and I think it will be an amazing thing for people in this community as well as across the nation! It is called "Boot Camp Gym" an online network of people just like you and me striving everyday to become healthier, stronger, more positive people. I'm letting everyone know now so that you have time to join the sight before New Year resolutions start, I figure this would be an ideal start date. On-line personal training and coaching will be available from me personally for those of you who want to do that. I will also be featuring schedules for the beginning of my out door boot camps starting up in the Spring of 2010. This is going to be loads of fun, talk about getting in to shape fast, this will be the perfect opportunity for bikini season. Besides all of that though, I don't want you to think that its about bikini season and new year resolutions, its about change and the support needed to change. And that is why I want members, people who want to live life to its fullest, achieve, and actually see progress! I want a community of us posting blogs daily, giving each other advice, compassion, empathy, and tough love, so to speak.
